Merseyside sits close enough to Eccles that the motorway network makes it a genuinely easy trip, and Liverpool, St Helens, Huyton and Prescot are among the more consistent sources of work outside Greater Manchester itself. Southport and Formby, further north, add another 10 to 15 minutes but still land comfortably inside the range of what customers treat as a normal drive for the right result.
