Dyno tuning Cheshire

Cheshire is the closest county to Eccles outside Greater Manchester itself, and it shows in who comes through the workshop door. Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Wilmslow and Knutsford between them send a steady flow of BMW, Audi and Mercedes owners, the kind of car buyer whose vehicle already suits Stage 1 or Stage 2 work. Manchester Dyno Centre is a fixed facility. We don't send a van out with a laptop and an OBD cable; the car comes to the workshop, goes on the 4WD Bapro dynamometer, and leaves with a map that's been built and checked against real measured output, not assumed from a generic file. For most of Cheshire that's a 20 to 40 minute drive, short enough that it isn't really a decision, it's just the way this gets done properly.

Every session at Eccles starts the same way regardless of what county the car has driven in from: baseline pull on the 4WD Bapro, ECU read, calibration built or adjusted by Samuel Gunnell, verification runs on the same rollers. Samuel has led tuning here for over 10 years and is recognised well beyond the North West for the quality of his tuning files. The dyno is what separates this from most of what's advertised locally in Cheshire. It's a genuine 4WD rig, which matters if you're running quattro, xDrive, 4Matic or any other AWD system, because a two-roller dyno can't load all four wheels properly and the tuner ends up working from an assumption instead of a measured figure. Stage 1, Stage 2, economy remaps, gearbox and DSG remapping, standalone rolling road sessions, launch control, speed limiter removal and flame tunes are all available. We don't publish prices.
