Car remapping near Macclesfield
Manchester Dyno Centre in Eccles operates a 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer. Every remap is developed and confirmed on the rollers before you leave. No generic files, no guesswork.
What the dyno actually does
There is no shortage of remapping services advertising in the Macclesfield area. Most of them connect a tool to your OBD port and write a calibration file built for a car like yours, not your car. Manchester Dyno Centre works differently.
The 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer measures your engine's actual output throughout the tuning process. Samuel Gunnell monitors fuelling, boost pressure, ignition timing and knock events in real time on every run. If the data shows the calibration needs adjustment, it is adjusted and the car goes back on the rollers. The session does not end until the numbers confirm the map is correct for your specific engine on that specific day.
What the customer sees at the end of every session is a before-and-after power figure measured from their own car, on the same dyno, on the same day. That is not a premium service level or an upgrade option here. That is how every job is done. Any service that does not include this step is not comparable, regardless of what it costs.
The facility
Manchester Dyno Centre operates from a 6,000 sq ft workshop at HNA Facilities, Plot Zero, James Nasmyth Way, Eccles, Manchester M30 0SF. The workshop houses an in-house 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer, Kess3 and CMD read and write hardware, and a full dyno cell. Kess3 covers OBD-port tuning on a wide range of platforms; CMD covers bench work where the ECU is physically removed for direct read and write. On-site parking is available. This is a fixed facility and customers travel here. There are no mobile visits.
