Samuel Gunnell builds the calibration on the rollers, adjusts it in real time based on the data, and runs the car again until the numbers confirm the map is right.

The facility
Manchester Dyno Centre is based at HNA Facilities, Plot Zero, James Nasmyth Way, Eccles, Manchester M30 0SF. The workshop is 6,000 sq ft, with the 4WD Bapro dynamometer in a purpose-built dyno cell, Kess3 and CMD hardware for ECU read and write, and on-site parking. Huddersfield is approximately 28 miles from the facility, around 40 to 45 minutes' drive. This is a fixed facility; there is no mobile visit option.
