Audi SQ5 remap

The SQ5 has historically been UK-dominant as a 3.0-litre V6 TDI diesel, the engine most SQ5s on British roads actually carry, sold continuously since 2017. From 2021, Audi added a 3.0-litre V6 TFSI petrol alongside it, rather than replacing the diesel outright, so both generations of engine can be found on UK roads from that point on. The two are different engines with different remap characteristics entirely, and treating them as interchangeable is exactly the kind of shortcut that produces a bad map. Quattro is standard across the SQ5 range regardless of which engine is fitted.

. What is consistent across both generations is that the factory calibration is set conservatively for the same reason it always is on a car sold across multiple markets and fuel qualities. There is real headroom above it, and finding it properly means knowing which engine is actually in the car in front of us.

Stage 1 applies across both SQ5 generations, tailored to whichever engine your car actually carries. Stage 2 is available on the TFSI where supporting hardware is fitted; the diesel generation has narrower headroom and we will advise honestly on what is realistic. An economy remap is a genuinely strong option on the TDI SQ5 in particular, given how many are used for serious motorway mileage rather than outright performance. We remap the automatic gearbox alongside the engine, and a standalone rolling road session is available for a baseline pull without a full remap. Every option here is discussed against your car's actual generation and mileage, not offered as a blanket package.
