Manchester Dyno Centre operates from a 6,000 sq ft workshop at HNA Facilities, Plot Zero, James Nasmyth Way, Eccles, Manchester M30 0SF. The facility houses an in-house 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer and professional-grade Kess3 and CMD hardware for both OBD and bench tuning. This is a fixed facility, Accrington customers travel to Eccles for every appointment. On-site parking is available.

What does a dyno-verified remap actually involve?
Your car goes onto the 4WD Bapro dynamometer at the start of the session. Samuel Gunnell runs a baseline power pass to record the car's current output. He reads the ECU, builds or modifies the calibration, and runs the car again on the rollers. Fuelling, boost, ignition timing and knock events are monitored throughout every run. The session ends when the data confirms the calibration is right, not when a set time has elapsed. You leave with printed before-and-after figures showing the measured gain.
How is a dyno remap different from a standard remap?
A standard remap typically means a pre-built calibration file is loaded onto your ECU via the OBD port. The file was written for a generic version of your engine, average fuel quality, average ambient conditions, average wear. A dyno remap builds the calibration around the data from your actual engine, on the rollers, on the day. The difference is the gap between what your car typically makes and what your specific car makes.
