Every map is developed on a 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer at the facility in Eccles, Manchester. The car goes onto the rollers. Samuel Gunnell, the lead tuner with over ten years of experience in automotive software programming, runs a baseline power pass to establish the starting point. He reads the ECU, builds the calibration, and puts the car back on the dyno. Fuelling, boost pressure, ignition timing and knock events are all monitored live. The session continues until the figures confirm the calibration is right.
Before you leave, you have documented before-and-after power figures, actual measured output from your engine, on the rollers. That is not an optional extra. That is the standard process on every job at Manchester Dyno Centre.
The facility
Manchester Dyno Centre is based at HNA Facilities, Plot Zero, James Nasmyth Way, Eccles, Manchester M30 0SF. The workshop covers 6,000 sq ft and is built around an in-house 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer, full 4WD capability, not a shared facility or a mobile rig.
Calibration tooling is Kess3 and CMD. These cover OBD-port tuning and bench tuning (ECU physically removed from the vehicle) across a wide range of petrol and diesel platforms. This is professional-grade hardware, not clone tooling. On-site parking is available. Customers travel to the facility; there is no mobile service.
