He is the lead tuner at Manchester Dyno Centre, operating out of a 6,000 sq ft facility in Eccles, Manchester, and his work is sought out well beyond the North West. He reads the ECU, develops or modifies the calibration on the day, and runs the car on the in-house 4-Wheel-Drive Bapro dynamometer until the data confirms the work is right. Fuelling, boost pressure, ignition timing and knock events are monitored live throughout every run.

Performance. Stage 1 remap (software-only, petrol and diesel, developed on the dyno); Stage 2 remap (matched to your hardware modifications and confirmed on the rollers); launch control coding and activation for a consistent standing start; flame tune for a controlled overrun character.

Efficiency. Economy remap optimised for fuel consumption on everyday routes, improving fuelling efficiency at light throttle without removing response when you need it. Gearbox and DSG remap to align transmission behaviour with the engine calibration.

Measurement. Rolling road session on the 4WD Bapro dyno, a documented power figure without calibration work, useful as a standalone baseline before booking a remap or verifying work done elsewhere.
