Both petrol and diesel platforms are covered across cars and vans. The full 4WD dyno capability is relevant for all-wheel-drive vehicles, a 2WD rolling road cannot load an AWD car correctly, which means the power figures from those sessions are inaccurate. Yes. A dyno run is included in every session at Manchester Dyno Centre. The car goes on the Bapro before work begins to establish a baseline, and again after the calibration is confirmed. Both runs are documented. You leave with the figures in hand.
Can I watch the dyno session?
Yes. You can be present at the Eccles facility during the session. The team will advise on where you can observe safely during runs. If you want to be on site and watch the process, that is not a problem, call ahead and let them know when booking.
Does a remap affect fuel consumption?
A Stage 1 remap often improves fuel consumption at light throttle because the factory calibration is conservative. At higher load the car will use more fuel if you use the extra performance, but on everyday driving at partial throttle, many customers see an improvement.
